Chad is an experienced trial attorney whose practice consists of complex civil litigation including personal injury, medical malpractice, insurance law, employment discrimination, trade secrets, contracts, and commercial litigation. Chad is licensed to practice in Washington.
In his legal practice, Chad has successfully litigated jury trials, trials to the court, administrative hearings, arbitrations and assisting clients in resolving matters through alternative dispute resolution. He has also successfully argued before Washington State Supreme Court, as well as successfully argued before the Washington State Court of Appeals.
Kevin is an experienced trial attorney whose practice consists of complex civil litigation including employment related matters on behalf of employers and employees, eminent domain cases, government liability litigation, commercial litigation, class actions, and real estate litigation. He also represents and advises employers, employees, businesses, prime contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers in various types of employment and construction related disputes. Kevin is licensed to practice in Washington, Idaho, Montana and Oregon.
